The same hands-on afternoon of farm walk, fire cooking and shared meal — but shifted into the evening, so the cooking, the eating and the light all happen as the sun goes down.
Hands-on wood-fired cooking
Traditional Algarvian recipes cooked in a wood-fired oven and over open flame — Portuguese with Moorish influences.
Sunset shared dinner
Everyone sits down at one table to share what's been made, as the sky turns.
Local drinks & dessert
Local wine, Portuguese beer, mojito or farm drinks, plus tea, coffee and dessert to close the evening.
