A Living Setting
More than a venue — a living biofarm
Algarve Biofarm is a working nine-hectare biofarm specialising in aromatics, aloe vera, seasonal fruit and vegetables. A wedding here is shaped by the land itself — the gardens, the produce, the wood-fired kitchen, the Algarve evening sky.
Farm weddings here can be intimate and simple, or shaped into a longer celebration with family and friends — midweek, over a weekend, or across several days, depending on the couple, their guests and the style of celebration.
Accessibility
Welcoming for all your guests
Algarve Biofarm is designed to be welcoming and accessible. The main visitor areas — ceremony spaces, gardens, patios and event areas — are largely step-free, with wide routes, open spaces and accessible facilities.
Only a few areas may be restricted due to the natural landscape or working farm operations. For weddings with guests who have specific access needs, we are happy to plan the route, seating and facilities in advance.

Farm-to-table food, local Algarve wines
Welcome drinks, farm appetisers, shared feasts, barbecue or fire-cooked menus, vegetarian and vegan options. Many ingredients come straight from the farm — herbs, aromatics, fruit and vegetables — with menus shaped around what is fresh.
We work with selected local vineyards to build a bespoke wine list to match your menu, your style and your budget — from relaxed farm lunches to a full wedding feast. We can also help arrange vineyard visits and tastings as part of a longer wedding stay, subject to availability.

Stay With Us
Accommodation for the couple & wedding guests
On the farm, accommodation may be available in Casa Vermelha, our farmhouse, and Casa de Aloe, our private villa with gardens and pool — subject to availability.
For larger guest lists, we can also help arrange or recommend accommodation in the surrounding village and nearby areas, including partner villas, guest houses and hotels — and coordinate transport between the farm, accommodation and local trips.
